After experiencing a number of issues and disappointments at another place, I arrived at Swissôtel feeling exhausted and discouraged. But from the very first moment, your welcoming attitude and willingness to help changed my entire energy. What initially felt like a stressful and confusing trip turned into a peaceful and pleasant experience—thanks to your team. You reminded me how powerful genuine hospitality can be. Room was slightly dated, however had everything we could need. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were amazing and generally spacious. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the main parts of Amsterdam. Everything is walking distance or for further places the tram stop is right outside. There is an abundance of places to eat and shop right next to the hotel. Staff were excellent and very hospitable. Allowed us to leave our luggage in their store between check out and our departure which was very helpful. Overall an excellent location and hotel met our requirements!

Super comfortable bed, great shower, and cold air conditioning in a clean room. After a week in Italy, we were delighted with the Western comforts we were used to on our way back home! The most comfortable stay we had the whole trip. Staff was super friendly, and location was great for a night of walking around the city. Very central and lively area on a Saturday night and close to tons of food options and shopping. Royal palace is right next door. We liked that the front door locked after 11pm and required buzzing in for security.

Very pleasant European feel in the lobby, corridors and in the rooms. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel; convenient if you don't want to go out. Provides discounted buffet breakfast if you are a hotel guest. Nothing but good to say about our 6 nights stay at the Swisshotel.

The location is perfect to see all the main tourist attractions. It is an easy walk from the train station.The staff were very helpful , particularly Rob and Miriam who helped us navigate getting to our river cruise boat when it was the Kings birthday celebrations and thousands of people come to Amsterdam and there is no public transport in the city centre.The room we had was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
